This project seeks to reduce the risks of social exclusion by INTEGRATING the individual into the family, the workplace and the community; by PROVIDING INFORMATION and DIRECTING the individual to the fields of intervention (health, housing, employment, education, etc.) suitable to each situation; SUPPORTING individuals in the fulfilment of their life project.

Daily meal service, delivered at home or at the Centre, for individuals and families with low income, the elderly, the unemployed, people with disabilities and/or difficulties in getting a job, under the PEA – Programa de Emergência Alimentar – Cantina Social – (Food Emergency Programme), resulting from the protocol established with the Instituto da Segurança Social, IP (Social Security Institute).
